- 要旨：
- ケルセチンのチオ尿素誘導体を合成し、その抗菌活性を評価した。セレウス菌・黄色ブドウ球菌・Enterococcus faecalisにおける最小発育阻止濃度はそれぞれ、1, 15, 10, 0.8 mg/mLであった。同誘導体はまた、肺癌細胞(細胞種の記載なし)に抗癌活性を示した。
