腎細胞株NRK-52E・MDCK・HEK293にシスプラチンが誘発した傷害におけるケルセチンの保護効果

- 腎細胞株NRK-52E・MDCK・HEK293をシスプラチンで刺激して、癌治療時における副作用としての腎毒性の細胞モデルとした。200 μMのシスプラチンの存在下における3細胞の生存率は10~20%であったが、ケルセチンの投与で回復した。効果の順序はHEK293 ＞ MDCK ＞NRK-52Eであった。
