- アジスロマイシンを投与したラットは、肝腎毒性を誘発した。肝組織には壊死と炎症細胞の浸潤を認め、腎組織では糸球体の萎縮と尿細管の壊死が見られた。ルチンの投与はこの様な異常を改善して、肝および腎保護作用を発揮した。
